Marble Cheese Brownies

Salam to all......it's been a quite few months I've been silent from the baking activity ....and last tuesday my dear hubby has nagging me to bake something for him as he claimed it has been a while he didn't have cakes,cuppies or even cookies to satisfy his sweet craving(siapa yg mengidam ni? me or him)..he..he...as the obedient wife I've put aside my LAZINESS and baked this super duper easy cheese brownies which I found from Kak Rinn sites.....I lurve her fotopages so much..... She even provides the step by step for some recipes which I found helping for those(like me) who need extra guidence....

Tapi jangan bimbang saya akan mula ambil pesanan dalam bulan Januari 2010...kira kata setahun saya bercuti dari aktiviti ber'baking' ni...

Salam to all...he..he..my 2nd announcement for this month...Just to inform to all visitor & my dear customers that I'll not be taking any order for couples of month starting today..... I have something to do & it's related to my health :(....
For those placing the order earlier & some has deposited booking payment ,I'll will contacting all of you & will refund the payment....thousand apologised and I'm not expecting that this kind of situation will happen....hope that my dear customer will understand...TQ for the support..

Mega Cookies Project

This is my very 1st mega project for COOKIES.....Thank to Wani for placing the order ya.I must say that baking & decorating the cookies with huge amount is very tiring & daunting task compared to baking cupcakes with the same amount....Wani has placed 1600 pcs of cookies for wedding favour and unfortunately I only managed to produce 1300 pcs of cookies....thousand apologised ....(siap demam buat cookies nie) it tooks me the whole 3 days to bake the cookies & another 3 days to decorate ....fuh...soooo tiring(ada lagi 300 cookies yg masih belum dideco...dah mmg tak boleh angkat tangan...badan pun dah mengigil)150 pcs of cookies with full deco with royal icing....W is represent for Wani & F represent for Faisal,for this kind of deco it's took whole day just to dry it....

Side order from Wani...120pcs of chocolate cupcake with Ganached frosting....luckily she just request to embellish the cuppies with the heart confetti...and I must give all the credits to my dear hubby coz all has been done by him except the baking process ...he..he..from frosting ,decorating & packaging all is done by him...TQ dear...

Gift Box Cake

Gift cake box was ordered by my ex-officemate,Hikmah for her cousin & it is for hantaran(dowry gift).She didn't set any design just informed that the theme colour is chocolate & brown...and I've choose this design just to make something different ....inspired by Peggy Porschen .....and I was glad that my dear friend lurve it...he..he..TQ Kemah...
