Banana fudge almond cupcake

I just put that name coz it's combined all those things.....I've baked the Banana cupcake and filled it with chocolate fudge then swirl with chocolate buttercream and sprinkled with toasted almond...and the outcome...wallah..yum..yumm...

My 1st cookie bouquet....I've made it for a special couple & friend to our family....We have pay them a visit yesterday & I was glad that our friends like it...

My very 1st attempt making 2 tier stacked cake & I must say it's very tedious & complicated work for a novice like me....to Zarina thanks zillions for trusting me.....she has ordered 2 tiers wedding cake together with 'Hantaran' cake & 120 pcs chocolate cupcakes...the cakes is for her sister's wedding .It took me 3 whole days to complete all this tasks....

Salam to all...It's been a while...sight...hmm...no production for almost a year....alhamdullilah I have safely delivered on 09.09.09 & will be back on track on January 2010.Some people asked me why in January & not now....he..he..he....the answer is I'm still trying to adjust & adapt with my new motherhood title....Insyaallah I will consider for those who want to place the order in December.

Salam to all......it's been a quite few months I've been silent from the baking activity ....and last tuesday my dear hubby has nagging me to bake something for him as he claimed it has been a while he didn't have cakes,cuppies or even cookies to satisfy his sweet craving(siapa yg mengidam ni? me or him)..he..he...as the obedient wife I've put aside my LAZINESS and baked this super duper easy cheese brownies which I found from Kak Rinn sites.....I lurve her fotopages so much..... She even provides the step by step for some recipes which I found helping for those(like me) who need extra guidence....

Salam to all...he..he..my 2nd announcement for this month...Just to inform to all visitor & my dear customers that I'll not be taking any order for couples of month starting today..... I have something to do & it's related to my health :(....
For those placing the order earlier & some has deposited booking payment ,I'll will contacting all of you & will refund the payment....thousand apologised and I'm not expecting that this kind of situation will happen....hope that my dear customer will understand...TQ for the support..

Mega Cookies Project

This is my very 1st mega project for COOKIES.....Thank to Wani for placing the order ya.I must say that baking & decorating the cookies with huge amount is very tiring & daunting task compared to baking cupcakes with the same amount....Wani has placed 1600 pcs of cookies for wedding favour and unfortunately I only managed to produce 1300 pcs of cookies....thousand apologised ....(siap demam buat cookies nie) it tooks me the whole 3 days to bake the cookies & another 3 days to decorate ....fuh...soooo tiring(ada lagi 300 cookies yg masih belum dideco...dah mmg tak boleh angkat tangan...badan pun dah mengigil)150 pcs of cookies with full deco with royal icing....W is represent for Wani & F represent for Faisal,for this kind of deco it's took whole day just to dry it....
